IT Leaders is a leadership development firm that develops current and future IT Directors and CIO’s.

David McKean

David founded IT Leaders after 10 years as an IT director and CIO. His most recent role was as the IT Director for Cable & Wireless in the UK. Previously he was CIO for UPC Nederland and AT&T in Asia. His international successes include Bouygues Telecom's successful GSM license bid and network roll-out in France. His career started in sales and marketing, working for Misys and Hewlett Packard. David is a Chartered Engineer and a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

Dr Robina Chatham

Robina was the European IT Director for a leading merchant bank prior to joining Cranfield School of Management in 1996. There she created the acclaimed and in some cases life changing programme – Organisational Politics and IT Management. In 2000 Robina authored her book “Corporate Politics for IT Managers: How to get Streetwise”, published by Butterworth Heinemann. In the words of the Chief Executive of the British Computer Society “If a fraction of those who read the book do something positive with the ideas presented the state of UK plc will be for ever enriched.”

Andy Bruce

Andrew has worked as a senior management consultant and trainer since 1991. He has worked extensively with the main boards of blue chip organisations on various projects from strategic planning to business process engineering and cultural change. He is a leading expert on performance support solutions and management process thinking. Andrew is the author of several books including the internationally best-selling DK Essential Manager series: ‘Strategic Thinking’, ‘Project Management’ and ‘Customer First’.
