5 day IT Leadership Course
Our flagship IT Leadership programme is run quarterly and targeted at existing IT managers. The course looks at the 8 key technology leadership skills that, according to our research, make the biggest difference to the success of IT professionals. The course is presented by former CIO’s and senior directors. A variety of training methods are used, combining high quality presentations with case studies, role plays, business simulations and round table discussions. On-line materials are available for delegates after the programme.
The course is highly acclaimed, with an average feedback score of over 90%. The course fee includes a one-year membership to the IT Leaders network which meets quarterly to listen to top presenters and network with other former delegates.
