IT management development at a time to suit you

The on-line international leadership programme is an innovative programme for IT professionals who are looking for a distance learning solution to their management development needs. The course uses a number of sophisticated yet proven technologies:

Live on-line seminars (webinars) - the course includes 6 live and interactive webinars which simulate many of the features of a face-to-face course, including slide presentations, live video, interactive whiteboards, Q&A's and break outs. Webinars are recorded and available for delegates after transmission.

Learning management system - most of the course materials are held in our learning management system, allowing delegates access to the course material. Delegates can  interact with each other using the learning management system or any other medium, such as email, Skype and so on.

Course guide - A comprehensive course guide is available to download or sent by post on request

Coaching and tuition - Delegates have a tutor assigned to them to help and review progress on a regular (typically monthly basis). All tutors are former CIO's or senior business directors.

E-learning - key presentations are presented through e-learning, explaining the key concepts clearly at the on-line delegate's convenience

Assignments - each participant will be able to choose a number of assignments to complete. Most are based on real-life situations to make them as realistic and practical as possible.

Reading - The course modules guide delegates to our recommended reading list and review different topics. The reading list includes relevant business and technology books and articles.

Additional materials - A number of additional on-line materials are available to delegates, including training videos, software tools and on-line assessments. Some of these are chargeable in addition to the course fee.
