Our flagship IT Leadership programme is targeted at existing IT managers and directors who are looking to develop their IT leadership and management skills. Topics including high level influencing, business and IT strategy, innovation (technology and thought leadership), business change management, crisis leadership and IT governance. IT Management & Commercial Excellence

The IT Management and Commercial Excellence programme is divided into a 3-day and a 2-day module. The first 3 days cover IT to business alignment, business relationship management, business engagement and managing, coaching and motivating technology teams. The final 2-days cover commercial IT management, specifically, negotiation, technology sourcing and IT financial management.  

International on-line IT management programme

The on-line programme allows you to study remotely.This innovative and practical distance learning programme is based on our model of ten key management skills for IT professionals. It includes live on-line and interactive seminars, personal coaching from former CIO's, e-learning tutorials, videos and more.
