• The fee for this event covers all written materials, lunch and refreshments.

• Please contact us if you do not receive this within seven days of booking
Cancellations
• Up to 28 days before the event – no charge
• 14 to 27 days before the event – 20% + VAT
• Less than 14 days before the event – 100% + VAT
• A alternative delegate can be nominated at any time leading up to the course without additional charge
