Payment terms
- The fee for this event covers all written materials, lunch and refreshments.
- A VAT invoice will be sent to you acknowledging your booking.
- Please contact us if you do not receive this within seven days of booking
Cancellations
- Up to 40 days before the event – no charge
- 20 to 39 days before the event – 20% + VAT
- Less than 20 days before the event – 100% + VAT
- An alternative delegate can be nominated at any time leading up to the course without additional charge
