Our IT Leadership programmes offer delegates a unique opportunity to work together for 5 days in a highly collaborative environment. Our feedback score averages over 90% and we are still looking to improve our programmes month on month. We have always emphasised the benefits of networking and we pride ourselves in fostering a strong team spirit. Delegates are keen to stay in touch after the course and have asked us to set up an IT Leaders network to allow this.
Starting in September 2007, we will be opening up our network to all IT managers. As part of an annual subscription, members will have access to the following services:
IT Leaders seminars
These seminars run quarterly and include presentations on key leadership topics and provide an opportunity to network with peers. Because we have spent significant time with our members, we find that the discussions are more valuable to delegates than ad hoc discussions at conferences and similar functions.
Access to the IT Leaders Intranet
Opening in October, members will have access to our intranet, where we will set up chat rooms to discuss specific topics of relevance. It will also give members access to our knowledge base and the individual use of our leading templates software applications. Applications include our contract assessment template, project portfolio, risk management and decision analysis tools.
Coaching and consulting
As part of our drive to build strong permanent networks with our members, we also provide four half-days of one-on-one coaching and / or consulting services.
Career Support
Business dynamics dictate that managers will be looking for new opportunities at various points in their careers. With our knowledge of the recruitment landscape and our network of IT professionals, IT Leaders will continue to advise our members and provide support.
