Based near Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, UK, IT Leaders runs both public and in-house IT training courses. Training courses focus on IT management skills, with particular expertise in IT leadership development.

IT Leadership

Our flagship IT Leadership programme is run quarterly at Henley Business School. This course is targeted at existing IT managers and directors who are looking to develop their IT leadership and management skills. Topics including high level influencing, business and IT strategy, innovation (technology and thought leadership), business change management, crisis leadership and IT governance. IT Management & Commercial Excellence

The IT Management and Commercial Excellence programme is divided into a 3-day and a 2-day module. The course also runs at Henley Business School the week before the IT Leadership programme. The first 3 days cover management excellence, in particular, business engagement, managing, coaching and motivating technology teams. The final 2-day cover commercial IT management, specifically, negotiation, technology sourcing and IT financial management. 

Course Quality and Feedback

We believe that high quality IT management training requires highly skilled IT training consultants fully qualified in both general management and also IT management. On our programmes, we stress the importance of building strong IT people networks.
